Shipping policy

 Your Silkenthread orders are shipped from our office located in Bangalore. In some cases, these may be shipped directly by our vendors - located across India 

Most of our orders are shipped within 7 business days of your purchase date. Once your order is shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. In case you need your order by a particular date, we request you to reach out to us at +91 9663748945 (Whatsapp) or mention this in the notes section of your order. 

Shipping is free for prepaid orders shipping to India of value more than 5000 INR, and international orders more than 32500 INR. Request patrons to understand that pre-paying for orders helps us maintain a healthy payment schedule with the artisans we work with, request your support in this regard. COD incurs an additional charge of 1000/- INR to support additional shipping and delivery charges.

US Deliveries are currently suspended due to lack of clarity over import duties. Please message us at +91 9663748945 for more information on how to ship your order. 

 

 

Most of our items are handlooms and are therefore unique. In case your order is not available, our team will be in touch to help you find a different item or to process your refund.
