• Shibori is any of several Japanese methods of resist-dyeing that involve folding, twisting, binding, stitching, or compressing cloth and applying indigo or other dyes to produce a variety of patterns. The Novelty of shibori is in that it is labour-intensive and therefore expensive: each design must be painstakingly planned and executed, even before the textile is added to a dye bath

Wash in cold water, separated from other fabrics, as colours may run for the first few washes. Do not dry in direct sunlight to avoid color fade.
